STUDIO RENTAL POLICY

By booking and submitting payment, you are agreeing to the following terms:

RENTER agrees to pay in Studio Rental rate in full at the time of booking. Studio Rescheduling / Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours ahead of the booking for a full refund, otherwise RENTER agrees to forfeit their booking fee.

CLEANING POLICY:

The Photo Studio equipment should be turned off and put back to fully locked positions when Rental period if completed. Studio flooring should be swept for debris (balloons, confetti, smoke bombs, etc) left during your Rental period. All food, snacks, drinks consumed during Rental period should be deposited into Studio garbage can.

CLEANING FEE:

Cleaning Fee of $25 will be added when studio is left is a unkept manner, not matching the Pre Rental Clean Status.

OVERTIME POLICY:

Overtime is billed at the same rate per hour as the initial booking and must receive approval from the studio manager. Overtime hours will also be billed if the studio requires significant cleaning or reorganization at the end of the booking.You must be COMPLETELY wrapped by the end of your booking. This means that all gear, makeup, wardrobe, and anything else is packed up and put away. All garbage should be thrown away. If you are still shooting or wrapping up by the time your booking ends, you will charged 1/2 hour of overtime

RENTER must not cause or allow any noise or activity on the premises

RENTER agrees to keep the premises and all items in good order and good condition and to immediately pay for costs to repair and/or replace any portion of the above damaged by RENTER, his/her guests and/or invitees, except as provided by law. At the end of the booking, all of the above items shall be returned in clean and good condition except for reasonable wear and tear. RENTER agrees to pay for all damages (s)he causes to any studio equipment which are deemed to be beyond “normal wear and tear” by OWNER. All damages will be paid by RENTER at repair or replacement value which might disturb the peace and quiet of neighboring tenants in the building. RENTER agrees to keep the premises free of illegal drugs. RENTER agrees to NO SMOKING INDOORS. RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL BELONGINGS WHEN ON SITE. DO NOT LEAVE BELONGINGS IN BATHROOM WHILE SHOOTING. RESTROOM IS PART OF THE PUBLIC SALON AND STUDIO. UPON COMPLETION OF SESSION RENTER MUST REMOVE ALL BELONGINGS. DYNASTY STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FORGOTTEN/ABONDONED/LEFT BEHIND ITEMS.

INSURANCE:

RENTER acknowledges that OWNER’S insurance does not cover personal property damage caused by fire, theft, acts of God, acts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall OWNER be held liable for such losses. RENTER is hereby advised to obtain his/her own insurance policy to cover any personal losses. RENTER agrees to use the space at their own risk. OWNER is not responsible for any physical injuries caused to RENTER while RENTER is on the premises.

RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION: OWNER may enter, inspect, and/or repair the premises at any time. OWNER is permitted to make all alterations, repairs and maintenance that in OWNER’S judgment is necessary to perform. RENTER acknowledges the studio is under 24 hour security video surveillance.

Props need to be constructed in such a way that they can cause no damage to the studio floor. All props must have felt padding on any part that rests on the floor.

Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours ahead of the booking for a full refund, otherwise RENTER agrees to forfeit their booking fee.

Rental start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up. No offensive or discriminative productions.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

Lessee agrees to hold Lessor harmless and indemnify Lessor in the event of theft, injury, or other loss or damage arising from usage of Lessor’s facilities or equipment. Lessee assumes all liability for any and all damage or loss whatsoever, and/or injury incurred, either directly or indirectly to his invitee, agent or employee as a result of using Lessor’s facilities or equipment, and for personal property of lessee, invitee, or employee. Equipment is used at customer’s sole risk. Lessor shall not be liable beyond the amount of any rental fees for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by customer, directly, indirectly, or consequentially, as a result of mechanical failure, casualty, unavailability of equipment, or otherwise.

FACILITIES. Studios are rented on an as is basis. Premises shall not be used for unlawful acts. No hazardous substances or materials shall be brought on the premises without written permission from Lessor.

REMEDIES. Lessee agrees to reimburse Lessor for all costs and expenses of collection of any amounts owed under this, or any other agreement Lessee has entered into with Lessor, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, penalty fees, and continuing rental and late charges plus interest at 1.5% per month.

EMERGENCIES:  

For any urgent issue that might compromise the structure or safety of the studio or the building, please call  Zach Taylor 407-399-6354. For accidents, health crises, criminal activities, or fire, call 911.  

Dynasty Studio LLC reserves the right to approve or deny bookings for any reason.
